Hi....welcome to the Earth Crisis Homepage. Well, this page basically tells you people who and what Earth Crisis is..*that is if you don't know them already..* Earth Crisis, or EC for short, is a band which originated from Syracuse, NY...and NY is where all the Great hardcore bands are.
All of the EC's members are VEGAN STRAIGHT EDGE...and say you don't know that.!!!
Well, enough of the introduction..let's fucking get down to the real stuffs.

“Less than a decade ago, when he was 16, Karl Buechner saw a world spinning out of control. In his eyes, substance abuse was ravaging his peer group, animals were being senselessly tortured and killed and the Earth was being stripped of its resources and left as a poisoned wasteland. So he promised himself he'd do something about it. He started living a "vegan straightedge" life, eschewing the use of all animal products, drugs, alcohol, tobacco and even premarital sex”

Even without major-label support, Earth Crisis' first three releases sold more than 40,000 copies internationally, garnering the band seven extensive U.S. tours, three European tours and a summer 1996 tour through Japan. Locally, the band's shows have become catalysts for the straightedge scene, drawing fans from across the nation to celebrate the vegan lifestyle. The band's positive message has gotten it covered on CNN, TBS' Network Earth, CBS' 48 Hours and MTV's Smashed, a show that examined alcohol abuse among young people.
